Cross Creek Apartments

Overview

Slate Real Estate Partners constructed a multi-story, multi-family apartment complex in Cedar Park, TX. The building exterior cladding consisted of stucco, metal panels, and cement fiber board over wood-framed construction, with the roofing systems consisting of an asphalt shingle as well as a low-sloped roofing membrane.

A multi-level parking garage was also constructed attached to the apartment complex. Slate Real Estate Partners quality assurance program hired K&A to provide building envelope consulting for this project to include design review, pre-construction and mock-up meetings, quality assurance observations, water spray tests, and review of closeout documentation.
